The TEB & SANAT dual purpose cushion can be used as a back cushion in two different positions.

This product has two thick and thin edges 

:Position 1

Supporting the curvature of the lower back and providing a perfect back rest for the spine. In this mode the thick edge of the cushion should be downward and the thin edge of it should be upward 

Using this cushion for leaning back in chair when driving is one of the usages of this product in this position.

:Position 2

Providing a perfect back rest when working in office. In this mode the thin edge of the cushion should be downward and the thick part of it should be upward. 

Using this cushion for working at office, sitting behind desk, and other similar postures are other usages of this product in this position.
