Plantar fasciitis in one of the common diseases in people between 40 and 60 years old. Cause of this disease is not known yet, but in the lateral radiography of the heel, a heel spur is visible in foot bottom ligaments and the heel bone junction.

Pain and sensitivity at some points of the heel due to pressure and body weight are symptoms which happen during 6 to 12 months.

Any medical insoles are better to be used in sport shoes.

TEB & SANAT insoles are produced in two different; full length and three-fourth length. The three-fourth length insole are mostly used in evening shoes.

If the form of your shoes differs from insoles, cut the front of the insoles carefully according to your shoes toe cap.
