:Indications

Size of the insoles must be chosen according to your foot size

Any medical insoles are better to be used with sport shoes

If you suffer from genu varum or genu valgum you can use other TEB & SANAT insoles which are produced and designed for these diseases. 

If the form of your shoes is deferring from insoles, cut the front part of the insoles carefully according to your shoe toe
